Manong Rening, I remember jogging with him during my college track and field years. If I am not on a serious training, I usually jog with him every morning, believe it or not, he is one of a kind…very high endurance, I can’t beat him until I am the one giving up…whew!

that’s my goal in running to run as old as rening.., how i wish i could still run inig abot nako sa edad ni rening karon..,cya ang inspiration sa mga runners., kung kapoyon naka’g dagan, just think rening, di ba madasig ka’g balik ug dagan…
