being a veteran of so many marathon we back from late 80′s and the whole decade of 1990′s and still counting to this date , a runner must know how to make himself\herself run in a fun way to avoid injuries and danger to oneself so stop running when you already in a pain situation, and have a rest for a while.., then continue again if its OK.
